Signing in opens a login session (12 hours at most, ended after 60 idle minutes or on sign-out); the token itself is not kept by the browser. Every action is recorded with your actor name.

Add catalog records
New records are created as drafts. A reviewer publishes them; drafts never appear in the public catalog.
Edit a record
Changes to a record that is already public are sent to a reviewer. If someone else changed the record after you loaded it, the edit is refused and the current version is shown.

Click on the drawing to place a callout. Callouts are saved together as one new revision.
